We have one very urgent HR position in one of BEST FINANCIAL SERVICES organizations across the following location :

BASE LOCATION - Mumbai HQ ( South Mumbai )

OFFERED CTC - negotiable + incentives; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - AVP - Talent Acquisition Head

SPAN OF CONTROL: pan INDIA [ Huge manpower base ]

REPORTING - Will report to National SALES HEAD HR

REPORTEEs - 4 - 5 [Talent acquisition group HRs ]

INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE ( in short ) :

- Lead pan India talent acquisition for all departments(sales and nonsales). work closely with key stake holders like National / Zonal heads and department heads to review the manpower periodically. Handle national / leadership positions directly. Driving volume hiring through RPO. 


- Key responsibilities are recruitment, man power planning, managing recruitment budget, manage consultants / hiring partners and other strategic partners. Achieve desired source mix & benchmark TAT for the corresponding levels of vacancies.Monitor and analyze organization productivity across departments and correlate with recruitment strategy. 


- Design & conceptualise digital / online / social media hiring platforms & implement via team. Use Analytics as a tool for introducing process improvements & process re-engineering. Work on various projects to create business ease and make CLIENT a preferred employer by choice.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES :

- Currently, handling Talent Acquisition profile either in Corporate OR across any Line of Business OR equivalent span of control. { High manpower base preferred }.

- Should have exposure of handling a team . ( preferred, not mandatory ).

- Exposure of handling volume hiring through RPO.

- Should have handled Digital recruitment / Social media recruitment / Portal hiring.

- Should have exposure in analytics / social media analytics ( preferred ) in the field of recruitment.

- Good knowledge of latest HR practices

- Should be from a reputed B School.

Experience : Max 12 years ( ideally ). [ 4 years - 12 years ]

INDUSTRY : IT SOFTWARE / BPO / KPO / BIG4 / BFSI / Ecommerce / Retail / FMCG / Durables .[ ANY SERVICES INDUSTRY with high manpower base ].
