AVP Recruitments for an MNC BPO in Philippines (Candidates based in Philippines only) .

Role Purpose :

- To effectively manage the site Recruitment team to assess applicants to meet hiring targets for Volume, Special Skills, and Executive Recruitment & job qualifications. This job requires daily interaction with internal departments and external companies /Agencies to ensure recruitment activities align with the fast-paced and continuously changing business demands. The Recruitment Manager delivers and monitors quality recruiting processes for all positions in the organization.

Role Context :

- Ensures that Recruitment needs per business partners- requirements are met at all times.

- Oversees the recruitment process end to end and continuously recommend changes and improvements that align with the business requirements

- Monitors the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommends changes and improvements that align with business requirements.

- Ensures that all Job Descriptions are maintained and updated, to link to Recruitment process and target applicants who are job-fit.

- Responsible for managing On-boarding performance (Offer, Conversion, Candidate satisfaction, overall interview process, adherence to policy) to meet set standards.

- Continuously monitor team development and growth to establish teamwork and cooperation at all times by motivating and creating a strong team.

- Drive high performance culture by improving the quality of the team by regular coaching & guidance.

- Ensures that the implementation of recruiting and hiring procedures for Volume and Special Skill Recruitment and Internal Resourcing are continuously assessed against operational risks and adherence to standards and compliance requirements

- Ensure that all activities are in accordance with Compliance standards and monitor compliance with the HR FIM and other policies of the company

- Ensure all new migration & backfill recruitments are as per the SLA

- Hire from the best & the most cost effective channels, in order to hire the best quality of resources, thereby positively impacting the business

- Understand and meet the customer expectations as per the SLA

- To improve the customer & candidate satisfaction index and there by building and strengthening relations with internal & external customers

- To optimize the channel contributions & monitor performance of external vendors and Agencies to ensure that quality resources and supplied from time to time.

Education & Experience :

- 12 - 20 years of experience in Human Resources with a minimum exposure of 5 years of Recruitment management experience in the BPO industry

- Should be currently / mandatorily working in an MNC BPO as an AVP Recruitments handling Volume & Lateral Hiring teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good presentation skills and able to relate and communicate with the middle & senior management.

- Result-oriented, hardworking, independent, displays practical creativity and problem-solving ability with apositive disposition.

- Demonstrates openness to ideas, taking a pro-active approach in expanding product knowledge, process orientation and improvement
