AVP/Head - People Operations - BFS (15-20 yrs)
- This position is a key strategic role in the company helping to grow the business and allowing us to build a unique and strong people oriented culture at organisation
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve employee performance, retention, learning, engagement and satisfaction across all business units.
- Create a supportive, positive and empowering culture to encourage innovation, creativity and risk-taking.
RESPONSIBILITIES pertaining to the following areas :
- HR Operations / HR Administration Management
- Managing Payroll & Benefits Administration
- HR Systems & Automation
- Handling HR Policies & Processes
- Compensation & Benefits Management
- Statutory Compliance
- HR Audit (Internal & External)
- HR Intranet
- Offer ideas, test software, and improve processes.
- Propose creative incentive structure.
- Focus on results and retention.
Ideally someone with around 15+ years of HR experience with reputed organizations in the above mentioned areas with post-graduation qualification in HR and with good communication skills will be ideal
