AVP/Head - Marketing - IT - India

We are looking for a Head of Marketing - India (AVP) for a client with a global presence based at Noida.

Job Details :

Location : Noida

Role : AVP - Individual Contributor

Reporting to : Managing Director - India

Industry : IP Technology

Region : India ( Domestic)

Education : MBA from a premier institute

Shift Timings : 9 am -6 pm , 5 days working

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Experience : 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing and Branding. Some exposure to tech product start-ups will be preferred but not essential

Travel : Within India -Yes ; Abroad - Limited

Position Preview : 

- We are looking for a Marketing leader to set up the India marketing function.

- The incumbent will head the marketing for our India Business in the IP Product and Services space.

- This will be a B2B marketing role and mainly focused to corporate and law firms.

Key Deliverable

1. As a Head Marketing, providing strategy and direction to the marketing function in India

2. Develop Go-to market strategy for IP Products and Services in India

3. Defining competitive landscape, market positioning and customer needs

4. Partner with sales team and regional/global leadership for Lead generation and business Growth

5. Participate in industry forums like conferences, webinars, and seminars

6. Relationships with Influencers, Industry body, Analyst, Media and PR

7. Building Local collaterals as per Global standards

Skills

- Excellent analytical skills, Presentation skills and attention to detail

- Self-motivated and ability to perform with minimal supervision

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
