AVP IR / Head IR (Large Manf. firm/ Himachal Pradesh IR exp. is a must) (20-26 yrs)

- Excellent opportunity to head IR for a Power & Engineering Group with multiple plants across India

- Opportunity to work directly with the leadership team

My client is one of the biggest Power & Engineering player known for their culture and strong HR and IR Policies

Reporting into the Country Head HR and MD and a team of 30+ reports, your responsibilities would include the following:

- Ensuring strong IR business integration across all plants & uniform structure implementation by ensuring smooth IR actions especially in Himachal Pradesh

- Facilitating smooth plant operation of plants with strong focus on IR activities like union handling, LTS management, handling issues like Dharna, lockouts, strikes etc. and ensuring zero man days/ productivity loss

- Proactive IR management to avoid any risk of new union formation/ other issues

- Leading to culture integration in terms of employment regulations, compensation of employees

- Ensuring the implementation of LTS and set mechanism for compliance review with union

- Establishing long term IR Blue print for organisation introducing uniform policies and LTS approach

- Developing IR Capabilities across organisation - LTS, Mfg. Excellence with Proactive ER & Supervisory Skills

- Managing uniform grievance redressal mechanism, contract labour management system, OT reduction plan and R&R

- Maintaining harmonious industrial relations among management and employees through efficient administration and resolution of employee's grievances
