YOUR ROLE SUMMARY

YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
1. Providing consulting and capability building trainings to our business units in the areas of
- Achievement of topline, market share and bottomline targets for the HI Category.
- Development of marketing objectives – short term & long term
- Formulating and deciding brand strategy that includes deciding brand map, positioning & communication.
- Developing and implementing brand communication, activation, media plans, PR initiatives for the brands assigned under HI categories.
- Strengthening brand equity & leveraging the same by ensuring coherent and consistent brand activations
- Category / Portfolio management for the brands including where ever necessary new product development & consumer research for the brands assigned, competitor / consumer analysis and pricing strategy
2. Developing cross-brand, cross-company insights and modeling output to guide future initiatives and actions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of these initiatives
3. Identifying and deploying best practices across the Group
4. The role will require you to regularly interact with cross functional teams across our business units and a variety of external agencies for achieving marketing objectives.
TEAM STRUCTURE
AVP Group Marketing Reports to Head - Strategic Marketing Group
- Education – UG – Any specialization, PG with MBA in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification from premier institution only
- MBA pass out of 1997-99 batch
- Relevant experience of 12-15 yrs in an FMCG sector
