AVP/GM - Reconciliation - Investment Bank

Looking for candidates interested experienced in Global Markets Reconciliation teams within Investment Bank

Designation: AVP

Experience: 14+ Years

Qualification : Any PG preferably an MBA or Excellent graduate level Education

Work Location : Gurgaon

Shift:Should be flexible to any shift timing(Including Night shift)

Requirements :

- Formulation of Strategies and Policies,Arrangement of Team Funds

- Familiarity with markets products ideally in more than one asset class. Experience / working knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income products in capital markets is required

- Process Improvement - Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow, Exception Processing, Process Control Review and Design, Six Sigma, Lean, Process Modeling, Process Metrics

- Perform Front to Back Reconciliation between trading system and Sub ledger for trading performed Globally

- Work closely with teams in Front/Middle/Back office to evaluate risks and resolve downstream failure of transactions

- Familiarity with markets products ideally in more than one asset class. Experience / working knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income products in capital markets is required

- Front to Back of Global Securities with a min. of 5-6 years in Capital Markets Reconciliations
