AVP - Global Business Change - BFSI

Our client is a leading financial institution seeking for an experienced individual having experience in project management, for their Global Business Change team based out of Pune.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and coaching a mid-sized team of project managers who would be successfully carrying out client implementation.

- Look into all aspects of the project such as budget, scaling, timelines, quality and post-implementation details.

- Preparing roadmaps & prioritizing the resources depending on the team load.

- Build in relationships with different teams and co-ordinate with different departments.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Should have 12-15 years of experience, over 3 years of experience in managing team of project managers.

- Good knowledge and experience in the asset servicing domain.

- Should be comfortable for Pune location
