- Developing and executing a digital marketing strategy
- Coordinating with Ad agencies for SEO, SEM (Performance Marketing, and Funnel Optimisation), and SMM (Creating 1,00,000 community).
- Influencer Marketing- Identifying the right set of content creators for the brand.
- Develop and maintain a budget with a keen eye on fiscal responsibility and cost per acquisition metrics that deliver return against lifetime value analysis.
- Market research - Identifying market trends to launch new brands.
- Selecting and recruiting team.
- Improving Customer Retention.
- Deep analysis of user journey, and finding ways to improve it.
