AVP - UK Fund Raising

Reports to : VP- APAC

- Travel within APAC.

Academic qualification :

- Essential : Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Business Management

- Desired : PG / MBA in Finance

Experience :

- Relevant : Minimum 3-6 year + in Financial Services industry/ minimum 3 years experience in Credit / Risk Dept

- Total : 4-8 years in financial services sector

Skills :

- Should possess good negotiation skills

- Should be a good communicator

- Should be presentable

Primary Responsibilities :

- Liasioning with Banks & Financial Institutions. Developing Banking relationships.

- Preparation of Project information memorandum includes assessment and credit requirement, Preparation of in principal formats.

- Preparing CMA, Analyzing the Financial statements, Business Model, Working Capital Cycles, and assessing the credit worthiness of the Corporate / SME Clients.

- Finalizing on final board notes. Answering the queries from MNC banks on the proposal

- Follow up on the disbursement from banks

- Responsible for mandate procurement. Must have knowledge of Term loan, Trade Finance Products, Factoring.

- Providing Financial Advice to clients and Debt Syndication overseas.
