Our distinguished client is looking for an individual with at least 7 years of experience in end to end accounting, journal entries, balance sheet analysis and knowledge of private equity funds would be preferred. LOCATION:- Mumbai SHIFT- EMEA (12PM TO 9PM) YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER: A leading global firm with a distinguished clientele providing extensive financial and asset management services. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Assisting in Managing a Client Delivery team and book of clients; - Maintaining books and records of Fund Entities, Special Purpose Vehicles, and Carry plans; - Preparing financial reporting and other supporting documentation at the fund and investor levels; - Reviewing the financial statements, capital calls and other client deliverables produced by the Fund Accountants; - Liasoning with internal teams (Client on boarding, Treasury, Taxation and Core Accounting) and external stakeholders (clients and auditors); - Interpreting fund agreements in order to determine impact on financial reporting and partner capital accounting requirements. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: - Must be CA/MBA with 7-12 years of experience; - Knowledge of Core Accounting is a must have; - Experience using partnership accounting applications (e.g., Investran) is a plus; - Excellent communication and analytical skills.
