Key tasks and responsibilities include
- Account management
- Managing existing client engagement and identifying mining opportunities for organic growth
- Communicating effectively with clients to ensure ongoing governance of current engagements and effective resolution of client/project-related issues
- Leading business growth
- Track relevant market trends and map opportunities in the fixed-income space to provide sales intelligence
- Independently lead calls with prospective clients to pitch our research capabilities on fixed-income products
- Knowledge management and solutioning
- Possesses deep experience in fundamental credit analysis to guide the team
- Lead solutioning activity for the business and support sales team in business closure
- Prepare sales collateral, blogs, and other contribution for marketing activities
- Train and mentor team members to groom upcoming leadership that can lead project delivery and support in business growth
- Process enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes
- Provide ideas to the automation team and induce tech-driven components in traditional research
Other skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent English communication skills: both written and verbal
- Travel experience will be an added advantage
