Role/Job Title: AVP - Fintech Alliance & Partnership for Credit Card

Stake Holder Network-
Internal Stake Holders: Senior leadership of the bank both assets & liabilities, Digital & Payments team, Asset/Liabilities Product management, Technology, Analytics, Sales, Policy, compliance
External Stake Holders: Business Partners/Cobrand partners, Fintechs
Peers within functions: Product and Sales Leads
Peers in other functions: Product leads traditional product management
Nature of contribution: Building Fintech Partnership led credit card business, manage P&L, Partner relationship management, Business analytics, Business development
Job Purpose-
The position will be responsible for conceptualizing, incubating and executing the vision for strategic Cobrand Credit Card and marketing partnerships for the Credit Card business
Key / Primary Responsibilities-
- Identify & execute prospective and potential partnership ideas with Fintechs, by co-creating new Cobrand Card programs, build relevant offers and to drive growth & profitability
- Develop in an in-depth understanding of prospective partners' business goals to identify win-win opportunities for the partnerships
- Create customized and differentiated propositions and deliver structured pitches to prospective partners and internal stakeholders. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Devise a structured approach of networking and negotiation skills with due diligence to ensure closure
- Work closely with technology and Operation teams to deliver on quick time-to-market goals and product launches with optimal resources
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of partners in the internal ecosystem. Establishing and maintaining the internal ecosystem to support scale up of all facets of the business and execution of the strategic roadmap
Secondary Responsibilities-
- Build strong relations with leaders & managers of the partner teams
- Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience
- Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and partnerships strategic objective

- Ability to evaluate potential business opportunities, structure the teams thinking, and reach insightful answers
- Experience in managing many partnerships simultaneously while shepherding multiple cross-functional opportunities and projects in parallel

Key Success Metrics-
- Drive and achieve the agreed business plan and P&L metrics though sales support and interventions
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong experience in credit cards, payments and /or managing partnerships with an understanding of the consumer Card and payment industry's challenges, a vision for its growth
- Masters in Business Administration from Tier 1 Institute
