Role - AVP - FP&A (CORPORATE FINANCE TEAM)

Reports to: VP

Department: Financial Planning & Analysis

The person needs to coordinate with CFO, Center heads ad executive committee members

This position will report to Center Head and CFO Parallel reporting to 20 operations heads.

Primary

Responsibility

Preparation and maintenance of monthly management reports including client- wise profitability, enabling functions cost tracking, follow-up on open issues with various departments/functions. The task would involve extensive hands-on working in excel and significant liaisoning with departments outside FP&A

Provide support in developing Budget and Forecasts for the company. The task involves understanding the operations work and analyzing data for the Operating leaders as well as understanding financial impact

Number crunching and analysis

Participation in the Planning and Budgeting Business Intelligence tool implementation

Role/ Responsibilities

Support and grow the team by providing quality analysis which is accurate and complete

A business partnership kind of work with a flavor of management reporting

Values & Behavior:

Chartered Accountant /MBA

Good logical reasoning and analytical skills

Well-versed in excel (need not know Macros or VB programming) and power-point

10 years work-experience

Integrity - Should not indulge into incorrect acts and report if any integrity related cases are identified

Should have confidence and convincing skills

Should be a team player with a potential to demonstrate team leadership skills

Should be assertive and result oriented professional

Should be self starter and motivate
