AVP - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA (10-15 yrs)
Designation : AVP - Financial Planning & Analysis
Location : Gurgaon
Reporting to : CFO
Job description :
- Build and enhance company MIS processes and systems to world class levels to support relevant and crisp information and insights for timely decision making by the management
- Establish and run a regular review process of financial metrics vs targets and business levers driving various line items in the P&L / BS.
- Variance analysis for key KPIs and identification of areas for improvement at a granular level.
- Working closely with the business and operational teams on target setting and projections and facilitate monthly/ quarterly business reviews.
- In depth understanding of on-ground business processes driving financial performance.
- Compiling and responding to investor queries related to business / financial performance.
Qualifications :
- CA (first attempt preferred) with consistently strong academic and professional track record
- 10 years or more relevant experience
Other specific skills / attributes :
- Experience working in large professional companies (experience in start-ups added advantage)
- Strong technical skills and domain knowledge with hands-on experience
- Stakeholder management skills including working with business teams across functions
- Strong communication, inter-personal and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and ensuring accountability for all committed timelines and ability to adapt to high performance start-up culture
- High energy and self-starter
