Job Role :
1) Should have worked in any financial industry i.e. Broking, NBFC, Bank, Insurance etc
2) Possess excellent knowledge of prevalent financial markets with hands-on experience in managing a wide array of Financial Operations
3) Understanding and Implementation of various circulars released by Regulators
4) Handling Internal Audits and Inspections by regulators
5) Managing Process Improvements, Process Automation and Digitization
6) Worked with Business & Functional Leaders and devised strategic plans to enhance operations; implemented measures in operating procedures to optimize resource / quality/ process/ capacity utilization
7) Project delivery management
8) Business process study/analysis & UAT analysis
