Currently we are hiring for one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world for the position of AVP - Financial Crime Risk, Chief Operating Office

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

- Good understanding and knowledge of Operational Risk and Internal Control principles and ability to assess risk trends and interpret Operations risk findings

- Significant experience of implementing internal control frameworks

- Knowledge of the Audit management process

- Knowledge of governance and control frameworks

- Experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally related to risk and control management

- Expert knowledge of analytics, reporting approaches and tools (such as Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)

- Ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely to Senior Management, Regulators, using simple language and accommodating globally distributed stakeholders

- Excellent relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills with experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior executives

- Analysis and reporting subject matter expertise

- Proactive and delivery focused to ensure individual and team tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality.

- Ability to prioritize workload effectively in line with the business priorities

- High level of drive and self-motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously in a matrix environment

- Skilled decision-maker, making considered and timely decisions, particularly when under high pressure or working to tight deadlines

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group

- Good understanding and knowledge of Operational Risk and Internal Control principles and ability to assess risk trends and aberrations

- Competency with Technology, viz. proficiency with MI tools, MS Office and ORION. A fast learner of any new technology
