AVP - Financial Controller - Consulting Firm

We have an opportunity with one of the well known MNC for the role of AVP - Financial Controller.

Job description :

Responsibilities :

1. Perform & review assigned month-end close responsibilities and analyze monthly financial results and prepare internal management reports

2. Prepare & review data submissions for regulatory reporting groups, assist with the preparation of stand-alone external reports

3. Management of audit issues; process and control upgrades; internal and external audit liaison; and leading supervisory review conversations

4. Build relationships across CFO teams including LOB Finance CFOs, Treasury, Liquidity and Tax to understand and resolve accounting and reporting issues.

5. Support change agenda across group and ensure processes are efficient, consistent and sustainable, making best use of technology

6. Supporting GFC and enterprise Operational Excellence initiatives

7. Identify and escalate control issues, errors
