The candidate will be part of the European Financials team and interact with the relevant industry teams in our global offices.  Role Responsibilities:  - Building company financial models from scratch as per the sector metrics, and updating and maintaining models post earnings, corporate events, conference calls, M&A deals, etc.  - Writing earning results, update notes, sector reports, thematic reports, Initiating Coverage Reports, etc.  - Creating sector models, competitor comparison sheets, and writing analytical commentaries on the same.  - Expert in the usage of research tools and databases like DataStream, Bloomberg, Factset, Capital IQ, Reuters, and other financial databases.  - Performing quality checks on the deliverables, and developing the knowledge repository.  - Handle ad hoc research requests as per client requirements.  Position Responsibilities  - Ideal candidate should have a strong Strong accounting, financial and report writing skills.  - Fundamental knowledge of the Real Estate sector is desirable.  - Must be extremely organized and responsible to deal with a large work flow and meet deadlines.  - Advanced Excel, Word, PPT skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high level of independent thinking and approach.  - Knowledge of database tools - DataStream, Bloomberg, Factset, Capital IQ, Reuters, and other financial databases.  Education :  - Bachelor's or Master's degree with a major in finance  - Candidates with a relevant qualification (CFA or CA) will be preferred.
