AVP - PM Investment Bank Lean/Six Sigma Projects

Sig sigma/lean process excellence in FR/FA/Month end, P2P/R2R

- Should be lean/ Six Sigma certified

- Should have done Finance projects (Financial reporting, Accounting, month-end) in Lean, process reengineering, process excellence six sigma.

Experience : 12+ years

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Project management and status reporting

- Track action items and key decisions

- Oversee the progress, status, and risks across global functions for end-to-end components

- Coordinate with onshore Project Management Office to ensure accurate reporting of progress, status, and risks

- Prepare presentations / dashboards to facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and senior executives

- Prepare and partner in delivery of governance materials

Requirements:

Education - CA / MBA from a premier institute/BA/BCom

Experience - 13+ years of experience in finance, program management preferably in banking / financial services

Mandatory Skills:

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite of products, especially PowerPoint, Visio & Excel.

- Exposure to emerging technologies is desirable

- Good understanding of system linkages and data flows

- Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence peers / stakeholders and other leaders across various lines of business

- Ability to drive strategic initiatives with a track record of successful change and making difficult decisions

- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, shaping the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust.

- Self-motivated and independent having a control mindset

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver as well as being able to adapt to changes

- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
