Company : Client is an MNC
Qualifications CA with 10+ years exp pref with MBA Finance
The role is for shared service operations based out of Mumbai for US, UK, EMEA and lead a team to take take care of controllership and reconciliation .
You will manage over 70 controllers and managers while meeting internal and external deadlines - ensure close process, timely payment to 3rd parties, balance sheets, controls based on policies and time.
You will attain service levels as expected
Risk management and documentation
Process improvement, driving efficiency and cost reduction
You should be:
1) Qualified accountant with management degree preferably
2) Strong record of leading a team
3) IFRS and local GAAP knowledge
4) Worked in global finance teams of MNCs or high end finance BPOs
5) Proven leadership
