About our client : Our client is one of the leading global Private Equity Funds in Bangalore with investments in marquee companies across India
Job Description :
As a part of the CFO's office :
- Manage all accounts & controls, prepare budgets, FP&A, portfolio analysis, financial forecasts & ensure regulatory compliance adherence
- Working with a set of team from funds administrator including liaising with auditors, consultants, bankers etc
- Manage taxation & tax returns along with overview balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Develop periodic reports for senior management
- Manage preparation of financial statements and related schedules, statutory audit for FY
The Successful Applicant :
- CA by qualification (CA 2012 to CA 2016) ; first attempts/rank holders highly preferred
- Proven working experience in Big 4 domain, funds or any other sector with an inclination towards the buy-side domain
- Good business acumen & experience in excel modelling & financial analysis
