Leading General Insurance Co based at Vikroli - Mumbai Looking for AVP - Finance.

Education : CA / ICWA with 13-17 yrs experience into Financial Planning is must.

Industry : General Insurance only

CTC : 30-35 Lacs

Key Responsibilities :

1. Planning & Forecasting : Annual strategic planning exercise.- Quarterly forecasting, scenario modelling - Solvency projections

2. Reinsurance accounting / business partnering : RI accounting in the SUN accounting system - Review of non-proportional adjustments - Review of system implementation of the treaty - Year-end Min-dep adjustments review- Reinsurance reconciliation - treaty and facultative

3. Investments : Monitoring IRDAI compliance - regulatory reporting - Investment Returns, concurrent audit reporting- M Fund system development, master maintenance,

- Compliance with investment policy

4. IND AS/ Group Financials : Updating the financials in Ind AS format.

- Preparation of quarterly Ind AS financials as per the Board meeting requirements

5. RO Reporting : Monthly MIS, C&I MIS- Quarterly Management Report, QBR, QIDT reporting - Quarterly Tagetik uploads- RO Recoveries - follow up and accounting.

6. MIS & Reporting : Monthly Profitability MIS - Expenses allocation review - IT Costs review

7. Other : Due diligence requirements- Systems development - Bancs, SAS Data warehouse

- IBNR and Terrorism Pool accounting
