AVP - Finance Automation - Financial Services

Client is a leading financial services firm and looking for AVP- Finance Automation role.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead transformation, transition and change initiatives using various methodologies.

- Drive innovation agenda across different finance functions.

- Partner and collaborate with Process SMEs and IT teams across the organization to get the best support model for live automated processes.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at each stage of the project.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 7 to 13 years of experience in Automation/Finance transformation/change management/ RPA and transition.

- Excellent Stakeholder Management & Communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Good knowledge of finance system.

Qualification - Qualified CA/MBA - Finance
