AVP - Finance & Accounts - KPO

Position : AVP Finance

1. End to End managing of AP, FA, GL functions including strong accounting expertise and working
knowledge of Oracle 11i/R12.

2. Monitoring and reporting key metrics like Cost per invoice, No of invoices and Invoices paid on time.

3. Related compliances like TDS, Service tax

4. IGAAP financials preparation and audit with statutory auditors

5. Ensure Sox compliance for these processes

6. Project Management and Stakeholder Management.

7. Team handling and engagement

Technical Skills

Strong Understanding of :

- General Accounting (AP, FA, GL)

- P2P process (In an Oracle environment)

- IGAAP

- Related compliances like TDS, Service tax

- Sox Controls

Education Requirements

- Chartered Accountant with good working experience in areas as listed above

Work Experience Requirements

- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of post-qualification work experience
