AVP - Equity Advisory Group (7-11 yrs)
Position: AVP - Equity Advisory Group
Qualification: Post Graduate / MBA / CA or equivalent with minimum 10+ years of experience of which at least 5 years in broking business leading dealing desk
CTC: 18 L
Reporting structure: This position will report in to Head-retail and will have team size between 40-50 people.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team of result oriented HNI dealing team. The role involves handling of key client relationship including HNI's and high profile clients of the company
- Monitors overall client satisfaction and ensures appropriate level of service delivery.
- Develops service strategies to ensure client's needs and expectations are met.
- Participates in Client Advisory review process and meetings for large clie
