AVP/DVP - Solution Delivery Group - Bank

Post Graduation Mandatory

Essential Duties :

- Business Analysis for Retail Liability and Payment products on Finacle platform (Core Banking System)

- Design of standard operating procedures (SOP)

- Co-ordination with stakeholders to ensure end to end delivery of projects and initiatives.

- Testing & Certification of the functionality on Finacle

- Problem Solving & Results-oriented; able to work independently as well as in a team

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Domain Exposure:

- Functional knowledge of Finacle for Liability products like Current Accounts, Savings Account, Term Deposits etc.

- Functional knowledge of KYC and RBI guidelines around Liability accounts.

- Project Implementation for BFSI Sector

- Understands processes and solutionises process flow in the application as per business requirement

- Core Banking & Digital space experience

Work Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in BFSI or consulting space.

- Past experience of implementation of Finacle platform is a must.

- Experienced in interfacing with key business units including Product, Operations, Vendor Management and Technology Research

- Excellent communicator with emphasis on building strong relationships of IT and Operations personnel.
