Position Title : AVP/DVP

Location : Mumbai

Reports to : Business Head

Qualifications:

- CA/CMA/CFA/MBA from Tier business school with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Work Experience :

- Experience in Loan Syndication/fund raising/ credit analysis

- Experience of making credit assessment notes for Banks and other financial institutions

- Sound understanding of Credit appraisal, due diligence and legal documentation.

- Experience in handling market databases such as Ace equity, Bloomberg, Reuters and/or exchange platforms

- Awareness of market trends, pricing information and underwriting appetite

Core Purpose of the Role :

- Work on loan/fund raising transactions for loans of corporates, real estate and financial institutions.

- Liaison with clients for understanding funding requirements and obtaining required financial data/information.

- Financial Analysis of the company, preparation and submission of Credit appraisal proposals for the lenders

- Liaison, inter-act and follow up with lenders for sanction & negotiate the terms of sanction.

- To obtain sanction and handle post-sanction formalities for documentation and disbursement.

- Stay updated of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the financial markets.

- Building and maintaining investor database and manage investor interactions.

- Monitor the deal pipeline and other KPIs through Preparation, Analysis and maintenance of MIS.

- Preparation of analytical material for internal credit underwriting and for external investors

- Sound understanding of financial statements and excellent analytical ability.

- Has increasingly in-depth knowledge of relevant industries and sectors

- Ability to interact with clients and investors on funding requirements.

- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy

- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

- Comprehensive understanding of the loan syndication markets and products.

- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
