AVP/DVP/Lead - Application Management - Retail Assets - Business Technology - Bank (11-17 yrs)
Our Client, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for AVP/DVP - Application Management Lead - Retail Assets - Business Technology to be based at Mumbai.
Job Purpose:
Application Team lead in Business Technology group - Retail Banking.
- Should be a domain expert in retail asset business.
- Should have Knowledge of Sourcing Systems like LOS, SME, any fintech origination platform and Back end - FinnOne LMS / core banking platforms.
- Should have work experience in Digital applications, self-assisted or assisted customer journey, in Digital Transformation, system interfaces, API banking , etc..
- Technical architect / solution architect/API spec development and governance
- Responsible for executing all the activities related to Projects which are entrusted to him / her by Unit head.
- Manages technology related implementations in close coordination with I.T / Vendor and identifies / contributes to the area of technical improvements.
- Participates and designs technological architecture of the solution.
- Responsible for testing / implementing all the changes, which are implemented by the vendor/ IT and In-house Development team.
- Responsible to provide solutions to queries / issues raised by the technical analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Applications Project Management
- Managing projects and team for Requirement gathering, Documentation, Testing review, post-implementation support and training.
- Track the project and ensure regular review and status update
- Review test cases, execution and documentation
Production Support
- Periodic review of calls logged by users and ensuring timely resolution of calls
- Review calls quality and train the team
- Co-ordinate with application teams and vendor in resolving pending items
Adhoc Data and MIS Support
- Providing MIS to senior management
- MIS Generation and sharing of data to users
- Ensuring Fine tuning of queries executed in databases
- Provide Adhoc data to Operations/IRBS teams
Business Continuity Planning
- Activities like BCP, Internal controls are implemented and tracked for compliance
- Close coordination with Audit (Internal / External) and ISG / RIC team to meet compliance.
- Ensuring applications developed are as per the Bank defined standard
- Ensuring all the compliance and Governance activities related to application
People Management
- Periodic review with Team
- Identifying areas of improvement and implementation of new processes
- Leave management and ensuring availability of adequate resources
- Team Mentoring
Vendor Management& Process review
- Regular reviews with Vendor with feedback to ensure quality deliverable on time
- Review of best market practice in Domain Areas.
Experience:
Ideal candidates should have 11 to 17 years of experience in banking domain, fintech, software Industry with hands-on experience in managing end to end SDLC and UAT Testing for the Retail Asset Banking products and systems
