Program Manager - HR & Banking Projects - Bank (13-20 yrs)

One of our clients, a Leading Bank is looking out for a Lead for managing HR Projects across spectrum in the Bank at a AVP/DVP Level to be based at Mumbai.

- The ideal incumbent should have over 13 years experience in the banking products/industry and lead IT initiatives to implement Core HR Platform projects. In addition, he should have worked on other Banking projects like Core Banking, Digitization etc as the initial level of Program Management would be in HR followed by other diversified Banking projects.

- The person should have extensive HR Domain Knowledge and at least 7 years experience in similar capacity with knowledge of tools, Technologies, processes for providing an Employee Digital Transformation Experience is preferred.

- Hands on knowledge of SQL / Excel, Experience in back end validation and reconciliation techniques and experience of managing complete Project Management ( used tolls like MS Projects, JIRA etc), SDLC and Vendor Management with excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills to articulate complex processes.

- Should have experience in Requirements Engineering, Process Engineering and Business Process Automation RPA. 


- Strong Technology Orientation - Understanding of functionalities of software suites, trends, ability to map features to requirements, suggest alternatives in architecture/ tooling discussions. Business Process Re-engineering/ Transformation (Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Process Prioritization, Process Optimization).

- Good Requirements 


- Gathering skills, ability to elicit and capture business requirements using existing business documentations, flowcharts and meetings with the Business Users. 


- Good Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution. 


- Good understanding of Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) Models. Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology; working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards.


- Good Experience in creating BRD, User Stories.
