AVP/DVP - Investment & Economic Promotion Cell - Real Estate Group - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (6-12 yrs)
Designation - AVP/DVP -Investment & Economic Promotion Cell.
- This role is with a leading Indian real estate group. They are looking to create an Investment & Economic Promotion cell to to bring economic growth for one of their smart city project.
- The responsibilities include forming strategic alliances with global corporate, organisations and government agencies for investment & economic promotions. This position is based out of Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify partners across the globe for the key economic verticals that will focus on, Companies looking to enter MMR, Govt. institutions, global developers, etc.
- Craft the promotion strategy and incentives that will attract partners - existing Govt. incentives or project incentives that are needed
- Develop pitch for each economic segment to achieve the economic aspirations of the city
- Network and promote the city across trade organisations, industry bodies, foreign companies, etc.
Background :
- MBA from premier institution with 6-12 years of experience in investment banking or strategy consulting
- International experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial focus and drive is key to succeed
- Experience in setting up partnerships across companies or industry tie-ups is a plus
