AVP/DVP - Equity Broking Corporate - BFS (8-14 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Acquire and service corporate clients
Key responsibilities and accountabilities :
- Accountable for implementing and working towards integrated plan of Corporate Banking Relationships
- Achieve revenue objectives as assigned by the organization
- Identify and acquire potential new Corporates Relationships for the firm and provide Broking Services to them.
- Service and nurture relationships through active engagement with the existing clients, their teams and fulfilling their requirements viz Research and other Services and increase the wallet share from them.
- Liaise with Research Team/Analysts internally for arranging various Reports, Data Points, Interactions with the clients.
- Liaise with various other stakeholders within the organization to fulfill client needs.
- Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry.
Skills required :
- 5- 8 years relevant work experience in Institutional Sales/Client Management.
- Post graduate from a premier institute.
- Self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
- Strong networking & relationship building skills.
- Well organized, customer-service oriented, and driven by a desire to consistently achieve top results.
- Prior experience of working with Corporate Banking team / NBFCs will be advantage
