Job Description:

To handle claims (Non-Motor / Commercial Line of Business) for corporate clients excluding personal lines of insurance - from claim intimation till settlement and managing team.

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Technical guidance to team and clients

2. Team Management

3. Relationship Management - clients, insurance company officials and surveyors.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Managing and guiding the team to achieve the set goals.

2. Process supervision.

3. Review with teams and clients.

4. Effective settlement of claims
