AVP/DVP - Central Reconciliation Operations - Bank

The position holder is required to lead a small Team of 6-10 staffs to manage overall functioning of one or combinations of activities:

- The CRO Team Leader to evolve a team well equipped with adequate knowledge on Products and applications so as to ensure that the team achieves the daily target within turnaround time and minimal errors.

- The CRO Team Leader shall keep the Unit Head informed of the Business trend, daily volumes and errors if any. Keep in tuned to Business requirements by frequent visits to Customers.

- The position holder will be responsible for Reconciliation Operations of the Bank including but not limited to reconciliation of Nostro Accounts, Vostro Accounts, Suspense Accounts & GL pertaining to Trade Finance, Treasury Operations, Retail Asset, Retail Liability, /clearing, cards, payments Ops, CMS, RBI current Account etc.

- The incumbent will also be responsible for Central control functions like Online monitoring of Nostro/Vostro Account, follow up with Correspondent bank for resolution without delay. Hence desired to have strong understanding on cross Border settlement mechanism and rapport with corr banks (product & services Team)/RBI.

- The CRO Team Leader will ensure the FX fund Management of the Bank so as to manage Interbank exposure and position in the market

- The incumbent will also be responsible for centralized processing of underlying documents for all the FX Deals booked against underlying, pan India.

- CRO Team Leader will ensure compliance to defined process, suggest process improvement, hand holding of inputting / authorisation job, capability building, role fungibility in the team,

- To participate proactively in adhoc projects/ activities undertaken by the Unit e.g. Automation, process review,system migrations, Productivity analysis, organizing Blood Donations camp etc.
