AVP/DVP - Business Analysis - Techno Functional Role - LOS/LMS Domain - Business Technology Group - Bank

- Our Clients, a Leading Private Banking is looking out strong Techno-functional professionals as AVP/DVP for its Business Technology group.

- The ideal candidate should be a BE / BE+MBA with 12-16 years experience in managing similar role in either Banks/ IT companies.

- The person should have worked as Business Analyst/ Sr. Business Analyst for Large LOS / LMS (Loan Orignation/ Loan Management Systems).

- Should be a Retail Asset Business - Domain Expert.

- Should have Knowledge of Sourcing Systems like LOS, SME and Back end - FinnOne LMS

- Should be able to understand from the users the Existing Process and support in Re-Engineer the Processes

- Experience in any Digital Initiative, STP, System Interfaces

- Experience on working LOS / LMS systems like Finnone or similar is mandatory

- Excellent Communication skills
