AVP - Documentation Collateral - Banking Domain

Responsibilities :

- The accurate and timely translation of trading and collateral documentation into digital form

- Supporting and driving the platform efficiency and strategy for business

- Operationally adhering to Regulations as well as adhering to the internal risk and control framework

- Supporting a cost effective and operationally efficient process through continual improvement and alignment to strategy

- Timely, effective and efficient delivery of all issues, projects and initiatives requiring documentation capture

- Supporting Legal and Documentation negotiation teams in presenting and coordinating stakeholder preferences and approvals for Legal negotiations

- Supporting the Codification and Support operating and control model

Skill Required :

- Thorough knowledge of all versions of Master and Collateral documentation, in particular negotiated terms for OTC

- Strong approach to risk management and control.

- Strong knowledge of OTC products differentials

- Good understanding of the front to back trade support framework with particular awareness of trade lifecycle, margin operations, legal documentation

- Strong understanding of both commercial, business, risk and operational considerations in collective decision making
