AVP/Director - Corporate Function Hiring - Startup

Our client is a fast growing tech product startup based in Mumbai.

Job Profile:

- Collaborating with HODs/CXOs and understand the role requirements in different corporate functions

- Sourcing great talent for multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player

- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on-boarding

- Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contribute to firm's long-term growth

Candidate Profile:

- 8 to 12 years proven experience in Talent Acquisition

- Corporate functions Hiring experience is must

- Should have strong stakeholder management skills, should be able to advise on Market intel.

- Experience from Executive search firms is preferred

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
