- Identify Automation initiatives for business functions and build value proposition for all projects.
- Review and understand the Scope and define technical requirements of IT systems & Business Applications.
- Subject matter expert in insurance domain knowledge, preferably sales automation, ecommerce and marketing experience.
- Work with Business Teams to understand the requirements and Identify IT Initiatives.
- Work with IT teams to build execution plan and deliver the Digitization Roadmap.
- Develop cross-cutting knowledge of business processes and leverage it to drive IT enablement.
- Coordinate with relevant IT teams for system availability and business teams for adoption & ROI.
- Ensure Project Execution and stake holder Coordination to ensure effective project management and delivery.
- Ensure business value delivery from each of the IT solutions deployed and under deployment.
- High Level Reports and Documentation.
- Launch and drive adoption of the new innovative end to end sales enablement across various distribution channel
- Define future Digital road map, end state and digital strategy for D2C and distribution
- Spearhead digital adoption across various distribution channels for on-boarding customers and distributors.
- Work on budgeting, P&L, design and development of various new initiatives and platforms
- Conduct continuous extensive research of ground level sales reality and the pain points, current state understanding of systems and processes and competition benchmarking to develop the end state aspiration.
- Design and implement Management Dashboard
- Facilitate device procurement, policy, Indemnity process automation and distribution process
