Job Description :
Role Summary : This position is primarily responsible for delivering great user experience by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.
Key Result Areas :
- Create a long term vision for the corporate website, Digital products and their management.
- Own Digital products usability, user interface and experience design
- Define and analyze product metrics like usage, churn, drop-offs, time on site, analytics goals and funnels, understand customer & product behavior
- Recommend product changes like user journeys, user experience and information architectural changes across mobile and web
- Work with product managers and stakeholders to create A/B tests, product architecture, usability to improve business & product metrics
- Own all key business metrics like user funnels, user engagement, quality, cohorts etc.
- Design product metrics and best practices to deliver quality products
- Identify and evaluate internal digital transformation opportunities for our offline processes.
- Lead a team of product managers, graphics designers, UI/UX designers and help them grow to future leaders
- Implement new technologies to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure personal and team growth in both knowledge and skills
- Evangelize a digital way of thinking inside and outside the organization.
- Grow direct customer acquisitions and engagement of our digital products
Salary : INR 25,00,000 - 35,00,000 PA.
