AVP - Digital Transformation Office - IT Services

We are hiring for AVP - Digital Transformation Office role for a leading MNC into IT Services.

Job Location is Noida.

- Digital Strategy and Roadmap Development

- Participate/ Lead development Digital Transformation strategies, that aligns with and feeds into the organization's long-term strategy

- Plan and execute Digital Transformation initiatives in-line with Digital Strategy, Collaborate with Digital Transformation Delivery teams, Oversee adoption and create the performance standards

- Execute Strategic initiatives through development of work plans, and actionable insights

- Manage/Maintain business portfolio through frameworks, guidelines and processes, financial and budget planning, develop insightful management dashboards and updates

- Digital Transformation Office

- Lead secondary research on Industry Intelligence and Advice CDO & Digital Transformation Leaders on changing client demand landscape, competitive moves, business growth and Digital Technologies advancements

- Participate/Lead roadmap development, conceptualizing commercial-grade Industrialized solutions and establishing and/or refining frameworks & methodologies

- Participate/ Lead in envisioning of domain/ client-centric capabilities and Digital Solutions to enhance profitable Business growth, client stickiness and competitive differentiation

- Partner with solution delivery team for business impact estimation & reporting and on periodic governance.

- Industry Research and Thought Leadership

- Perform competitive benchmarking to identify areas of improvement and/or augmentation in the business transformation capability

- Develop thought leadership and conceptual whitepapers, studies on various facets of business aligned technology

- Actively participate in industry awards and analyst RFIs

- MIS and Reporting

- Present periodic updates to Board on strategic objectives, Steering Committees and Senior Management Forums on all key strategic initiatives

- Periodic monthly analysis of key financial and non-financial data

Work Experience Requirements

- Proven to be Transformation savvy and showcase strong business application and solution experience

- Experience in a BPO environment is preferred.
