Our desk is focusing on broadly three aspects - a) Transforming customer/RM front end interface to give best in class digital experience; b) Process Automation of various internal process and operations; c) Maintenance and adoption of all existing digital products. For second one I would prefer someone with understanding of processes and process re-engineering. Below is JD for the same - - Responsible for owning, improving and enhancing adoption of Kotak Wealth's digital platform - Work on new digital customer and RM experience platform by defining the features and functionalities and drafting business requirements - Maintain a strong digital proposition that creates sustainable competitive advantage, creates customer engagement & superlative user experience and drives direct business benefits - Identify processes that can be automated and take ownership of projects from ideation, execution to adoption - Liaise with service and sales team for increasing adoption of digital platforms - Liaise with bank digital and product teams to ensure inclusion of wealth in bank digital projects - Handholding of teams in managing customer queries pertaining to digital channels Job Requirements - - Understanding of wealth business, proposition and industry - Analytical skills to evaluate various customer/product innovations - Good in data crunching to understand customer behavior and usage of the applications - Strong appreciation of User Experience and User Centric design - Good understanding of processes and banking technology - High level of interest and passion for internet world & latest technologies will be an added advantage - Awareness of best digital channel practices at global level - Strong inter personal and project management skills
