AVP - Digital Marketing - IIM/SP Jain/XLRI/FMS (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Marketing :

- Digital Brand, Product & Creative Management

Build brand in the Digital Space :

- Define strategic roadmaps and deploy digital solutions across paid, owned and earned channels to ensure growth of the brand on the Digital space

- Develop customized communication for the digital medium (Web, Mobile & Video) around the brand campaigns/ themes

- Develop relevant content (videos, articles, blog pieces, info-graphics, picture stories etc.) to support campaign objectives

- Monitor, analyze and optimize plans and strategies to achieve defined goals, Define metrics for initiatives and campaigns and monitor performance

Product Communication on Digital Platforms :

- In line with Product Marketing roadmap, develop product communication

- Manage digital communication for product launches, product sustenance

Leverage Search (SEO) to build contextual brand salience :

- Dominate search for Insurance and Online term category keywords. strategy, propositions and campaigns for to create category relevance, generate traffic and leads & sales support across various digital assets for organization offline plans

- Create segmented pools of prospects through a comprehensive Media & drive higher SOV for brand and category searches

- Identify keywords to be optimized for the corporate, understand and evaluate

- Develop and deploy comprehensive framework to support marketing programs in order to drive end user engagement

- Develop a strategy with balance of core text led search activities compounded with experiments around innovative media for greater reach and scalable growth

- Re-marketing strategy using conventional and new media formats.page optimization, link seeding etc.

- Strategize Digital Reach, Acquisition, Amplification & Engagement roadmap for igenius

- Develop application structure & build digital assets for igenius

- Develop and implement igenius social media framework across social platforms.

- Drive media campaigns and digital integration's to support program registrations and participation

Social Media Marketing :

- Develop social media strategy and implementation framework to drive business and brand objectives

- Build and sustain social media communities and create relevance for the org brand, products and services

- Develop relevant content and communication to drive brand message across social channels and create brand conversations and brand engagement

- Manage content dissemination, influencer engagement and seeding through native tactics in order to create amplification and virality for brand messages

- Work closely with Brand, CRM and PR teams to drive relevant communications and campaigns

Drive the companies mobile strategy :

- Study and monitor landscape & market opportunity to develop mobile asset and capability roadmap

- Develop mobile strategy identifying key objectives and aligned to business goals

- Develop and launch custom built mobile site basis design simplicity and ease of navigation

- Drive M- Search, M- Display & M-Performance campaigns

- Drive Direct business contribution of the eCommerce channel

Customer Acquisition Campaigns - Paid Media :

- Plan and manage Always on online performance campaigns on digital platforms - Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Display Networks (GDN), Display, Email, Mobile Platforms and Affiliate Marketing Inbound Marketing Campaign - Organic :

- Managing Inbound Marketing through SEO, Blog & Forum, Page Optimizations, Re marketing, Landing Pages to increase Organic customer visit results increase brand eye-balls & improved Sales Conversions with low Cost high ROI

Analytics & Planning :

- Tracking conversion funnels and translating raw data into actionable insights supporting short- and long-term strategic objectives through internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics

Product & Platform Development :

- Online Product Development, Evaluation, Finalization of new UI Designs, Content Layout & Creative Designs, Briefing and Reviewing Technology & IT team on requirement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Project Delivery and finalizing Go to Market Strategy chassis based approach for the eCommerce product addition in future

- Develop the strategy for platform scale up in order to create a fluid,

- Drive renewal strategy, communication & its implementation for the eCommerce Channel to drive renewals by putting in place automated renewal communication process with reminder interventions for customers to pay their premium on time.

- Develop the Customer Cross Sell journeys for Online Insurance plans Strategy, user journeys and user interface and communication & creative

Digital Asset Creation & Management :

- Drive experience, content development and management of consumer facing digital assets (Website, Micro-sites, Mobile Site)

- Re-engineer corporate website to build a digital asset that spans across all Enterprise touch points; that is future ready and can keep pace with the dynamic and constantly evolving digital consumer landscape

- Guide agencies and work with them to develop wireframes, designs, site maps, working prototypes, HTMLs and the final developed asset. Create UX deliverable which are responsive in nature and have multi-device capability (desktop, mobile and tablet devices)

Develop a robust digital asset strategy that aims to deliver the following objectives :

- Increase Revenue & Drive Transactions

- Cross Sell & Share of Wallet

- Self enabled Service and Customer Convenience

- Drive Social Behaviour & Gather Insights

Manage Agencies & Digital Partners & Co-ordinate with other business verticals :

- Work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders

- Manage multiple Digital agencies and partners to create synergies and unified experience; manage production (micro sites, web mobile banners etc)execution and reporting for an end to end approach across owned, earned and paid channels

- Provide comprehensive briefs & insights to agencies and internal stakeholders
