AVP - Digital Marketing - BFSI (10-17 yrs)

Role - AVP-Digital Marketing

Client - Fintech MNC

Location - Gurugram

Flexible Shift Timings (as per US Time Zones, till 10-11 pm IST)

Note - 10+ Years in Digital Marketing (Fintech / Banking Start Up Experience preferred) and have managed international market.

Responsibilities -

- Manage end to end planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Able to advice on revamping their online marketing technology stack (Google 360, visual IQ etc).

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Creative Ideas in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate.

- Partnering with internal and external creative/PR agencies to conceptualize and implement the communication on social touch points.

- Work closely with product and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns

- Need to work across all media to create brand solutions.

- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/newsletter distribution. .

- Understand digital landscape and how trends, customers, current innovations, etc. can impact business.

- Create a data-driven and results-oriented culture where decisions are supported by market trends, customer-focused research, testing, analysis, and measurement.

- Considering innovative and engaging content design and language for communications to be delivered via the various Digital Communication channels.

- Measuring and analysing campaign results both in-channel and downstream

- Managing messaging stream, cadence & strategy across all Digital Communication channels.

- Meeting with segment leaders from across the company to understand/plan their communication needs.

- Ensure campaign objectives align to business priorities across marketing channels and deliver on financial goals.
