What you'll do:
You will be the owner for Digital Marketing as a growth lever in India and outside for a B2C education product (app). Via digital marketing, you will enable the product to reach millions of children globally.
You will:
- work cross functionally
- show stable 25% month on month revenue growth within India.
- scale to a revenue of $25K/mo in 3 territories outside India and to 1 million app downloads.
- mentor and grow your team.
- strategize and diversify on marketing channels.
- grow inbound marketing channels.
- optimize spending across all channels.
- work with brand + sales teams to set up a clear predictable route to growth.
- own the success metrics for digital marketing.
- co-own the revenue metrics.
Requirements
- A proven track record of performance marketing. Min 6 years of direct DM experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ad networks and other tools used in performance marketing.
- A knack for both strategic thinking and tactical rigour.
- Ability to communicate with and work together with all stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in analyzing data and taking decisions.
- Experience working with creatives and copywriters (in your own team or agency).
