Job Details :

- Looking for someone who has expertise and deep passion for digital space and is excited to use that for improving customer experience on digital platforms (website, internet banking portal, email, mobile banking applications etc.)

- Working knowledge of digital analysis tools like Site Catalyst, Web trends, Google analytics, Omniture, etc. and exposure to Big Data platforms and tools (HDFS, Hive, Pig, etc.)

- Working knowledge of analysis tools and techniques e.g., SAS, Segmentation techniques, predictive modeling, etc.
