About Our Client:

Our client is a leading analytics consulting firm with major presence in US market and strong delivery base in India. They are looking for a seasoned analytics professional with strong experience in digital analytics industry in an international market to lead their well established Analytics business vertical.

Job Description:

Reporting into a Director,you would be responsible for:

- Leading a team of 10/15 members,including training,coaching,providing feedback and development.

- Manage the project teams that provide analytic support to specific pyramids through analytical,statistical and optimization

- Develop solutions that meet business requirements.

- Establish and grow relationships with partners to drive strategic business initiatives

The Successful Applicant:

As a successful candidate you should have:

- Minimum 8 years of experience working in Analytics with at least 4 years in Web Analytics

- A/B Testing and Multivariate testing using standard tools like SiteSpect or Test & Target

- Basic statistical knowledge required to do test analysis

- Web Analytics tools (at least 2) - SiteCatalyst, Insights and Discover, Test & Target

- Knowledge of JavaScript and SiteCatalyst implementation is preferred

- Have led a team before,managed delivery and worked with global teams
