AVP - Digital Alliances - Insurance

The Role -

The job involves onboarding new digital ecosystem partners, with special focus on the Fintech space. These relationships can act as new sources of business for the organization with digital integration models. Developing unique propositions, where all stake holders through product and process innovation create substantial value for the consumer, is a key part of the role.

Responsibilities :

1) A subject matter expert who will identify & develop opportunities to seed insurance solutions in digital distribution channels for IRDAI registered intermediaries as well as under group business propositions

2) Map the emerging space specially Fintech organizations and create deep relationships for the company across the ecosystem

3) Ensuring spread of business to mitigate risk of dependency on a few relationships

4) Explore and build digital business through new path breaking disruptive models

5) Work closely with departments like Distribution Management, IT, Operations, Underwriting, Actuarial and other functions as necessary to bring the new business models to fruition

6) Manage, develop and coach a team of young leaders into being independent contributors for new partnership sign ups

7) Evaluate competition products, external digital ecosystem, forecast for success and work closely with product Management team to identify opportunities for new product development & maintain leadership in relevant categories
