AVP - Demand Generation - Education (6-12 yrs)

As an AVP - Demand Generation, we are looking for a tech-savvy leader who possesses a strong drive for results. Responsible to scale a world-class demand generation programs that deliver revenue growth at industry-best levels of efficiency. Apply their deep domain expertise in cold calling, trial booking, paid search, and referrals to grow pipeline and closed revenue.

Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using technology, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal talent should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to maximise our revenue growth.

What will you do?

- Responsible for formulating sales strategies for the organization's product and achieving targets.

- Responsible for all forms of demand generation activity - Cold calling, Trial Booking, referrals and other forms of Demand Generation.

- Managing lead generation through DSAs as well as with internal teams.

- Collaboratively work with the sales team, marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.

- Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads.

- Adhere to Lead Generation targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Responsible for coordinating activities with those of other teams in Marketing / Sales to effectively reach out to decision-makers.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to partnering with sales to deliver on revenue targets.

- Lead the development of a world-class lead nurturing and marketing automation programs that improve lead conversion rates, close rates and funnel velocity.

What are we looking for?

- The experience of handling agency / DSA/ Inside Sales in past.

- Good in market intelligence, sales process and demand generation.

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and 4-5 years in Demand Generation

- Should have experience of managing teams/guiding, training team members and strengthening communication between team members.

- Innovative Thinking and Strategy Formulation would help.

- The intellectual horsepower to design models, systems and process that enables us to scale.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
