Our Client a SAAS Healthcare Analytics company based in Noida is looking for AVP Delivery Professional Services.

Responsibilities

- Ensure timely and high quality of delivery across all customer implementations

- Create, mentor and grow the professional services team with high performing individuals

- Hiring, Staffing and training for team members

- Create efficient and scalable operating mechanisms and ensure adherence of processes

- Build leadership succession at director level for various operating departments

Requirements

- Graduate from tier 1 university with a good pedigree

- Should have at least 10+ years of working experience

- Applicants with professional services background would be preferred

- Must have a prior experience of managing, leading and scaling high performing teams

- Great work ethic, proven leadership and team-building skills

- Excellent written, verbal communication skills

- Ability to develop and present complex business reviews/presentations

- Strong organizational and relationship building skills

- Should have strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability with strong analytical abilities
