AVP - Debt Capital Market - BFS

Job Profile : 

- Developing and maintaining relationship with various Investors i.e. NBFCs, AIFs, Wealth Mangers, Private Equity Funds etc for sell down;

- Evaluation of potential mandates from various selling perspectives i.e. pricing, security structures, credit rating, compliance, acceptability of sectors/corporates among the various sets of Investors;

- Preparing of Credit Appraisal Notes of various investors;

- Providing prompt clarifications / justifications to the potential lenders during the preparation of the credit notes;

- Manage all activities related to Commercial Paper and NCD after closure of Deal;

- Liaise and resolve all post sanction issue relating to documentation, compliance etc;

- Monitoring of deals closed ( covenant testing, performance of the company, etc
